Pulp to Journal

Class Description

Join us for a camp full of creativity and old-world craftsmanship learning papermaking and book arts techniques to create your own one-of-a-kind journal that you can use and treasure. We will experiment with paper fiber and specialty papers, printing and binding techniques. This is a three day camp. Please register ages 6-9 for the morning sessions and ages 10-12 for the afternoon sessions. We will explore: - Papermaking -Marbeling - Printing - Embellishment - Binding Class tuition includes all materials and use of tools and equipment for creating at least 1 journal. Ages: 9 - 12, no special skills or knowledge needed and beginners are welcome.
